History :

Fisher Bay was founded in 1995 and is now into its second generation of family ownership. Having direct acess to over 25 million pounds of varied product, we are a dependable, year round source. We work directly with select fishermen and their vessels to ensure the highest standard of product comes to your door.

Staff :

All of Fisher Bay's management and staff have backgrounds in fishing. This background provides us the knowledge base to continue to move forward in the groundfish industry.

Fleet Notes :

Fisher Bay is a major participant in British Columbia's commercial groundfish fishery. Fisher Bay has direct access to 12 million pounds of fresh product each year and works cooperatively with a fleet of 9 independently owned vessels, measuring in length from 20 to 42 meters. These vessels differ in capacity and product specialty and it is these differences that enable us to offer the consistent, steady flow of highest quality product year-round.
